The business support centre is owned and managed by Torridge District Council.
Our staff operate the switchboard, reception & caretaking for the premises.
We have 13 Studios on the first floor of the building.
We also have 2 first class conference rooms for groups between 50 to 100 people (depending on layout).
The conference rooms are well equipped for a variety of different functions.
Weddings are held in one of these rooms. All enquires relating to weddings must be made to the Registration Office on 0345 155 1002.
We also have a meeting room capable of accommodating 14 people.

Full day bookings last from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Half day bookings can either be for the Morning (9:00 AM to 12:30 PM) or the Afternoon (1:00 PM to 4:30 PM).

The fees in the above table will be correct for all bookings between 01/04/2024 and 31/03/2025.
Please be advised that staff are unable to provide information on prices for future financial years, as this is decided towards the end of each financial year.
