Letters of representation: Our preferred method of representation is via our 'Make a Comment' feature when you view applications on this website. Any representations submitted out of office hours will not appear on the website until the next working day. All representations will be read to ensure comments do not contain offensive or sensitive material prior to appearing in the public domain. If you submit via either post or electronically via email please note that if number of standard template letters/emails are received where the only difference is the personal details / signature, we will only put one full letter on the website along with the total number of letters that have been received that are the same. Any correspondence we receive about an application (or telephone conversations which are noted) are NOT CONFIDENTIAL and can be seen by anybody, including the applicant or other neighbours, this includes the authors name. Therefore, please avoid writing anything you do not wish to be available for public inspection. Also, if a planning application is to be considered by a Committee of the Council, any comments received will be summarised in a publicly available report submitted to that Committee.
Search for Planning Applications and Appeals by keyword, application reference, postcode or by a single line of an address.
