Strategy and Performance

The Strategic Plan sets out the vision and ambitions Torridge District Council aspire to achieve over the coming years. Whilst it highlights a date of 2024 - 2029 much of where we want to be goes far beyond that period and this plan aims to set Torridge on the path to deliver a long term vision.

The Quarterly Business Monitoring Report (QBR) summarises achievements and progress against the Councils Strategic Plan and current key Business Plans actions, measures, expenditure and income.

Torridge District Council was one of the first 25% of Council's in the Country to undergo two Peer Challenges.
