Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles
Designated Vehicles for the purposes of section 165 of the Equality Act 2010
Following amendments to Sections 165 and 167 of the Equality Act 2010 and recent guidance provided by the Department of Transport, the Licensing Authority is required to prepare and publish a designated list of wheelchair accessible taxi's and Private Hire vehicles.
The vehicles detailed below have been included on the licensing authority's list of designated vehicles for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010.
