Severe Weather Provision for Rough Sleepers

When harsh weather conditions are forecast, such as extreme cold or heat, or a storm that could pose significant risk we will activate the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) to try to protect rough sleepers in our area.

We will increase our engagement with rough sleepers and do our best to provide emergency accommodation. 

We will tell the rough sleepers we are working with when SWEP has been activated.
