For essential repairs we work with Lendology CIC, a not-for-profit company (previously known as Wessex Resolutions) to provide low interest, flexible loans up to £15 000 (subject to affordability) .
Don't dismiss looking into this option, we have fantastic feedback on the Lendology service and the profit raised by the loans goes back into the scheme and expands the availability in our communities.
