Application for new premises licence:

Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 02:00

Live and Recorded Music (Indoors and Outdoors) Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 02:00

Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00

Application to vary existing premises licence:

1. To extend the Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday until 00:00.

2. To amend the premises plan to include the shop and tuck shop for Supply of Alcohol.

3. To Permit Performance of Plays Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00.

4. To Permit Live/Recorded Music outdoors Mondays to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00.

5. To extend the opening time of the premises: Monday to Sunday until 00:30.

6. To remove the following conditions:

• 'When the premises are open to the general public, food will be available until 21:00hrs.'
• 'No customer will be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.'
• ' A notice will be displayed on the premises stating the designated areas for children under the age of 14 and when these may be used.'
• 'Children under the age of 14 will only be allowed in the designated area up to 21:00 hours when accompanied by an adult.'

7. To replace the condition ' The maximum capacity of the premises will be 100 persons' with 'the maximum capacity of the Angler's Rest Bar and Grill is 100 persons'.
