There are currently no concession opportunities available on Torridge District Council land.

Pannier Markets

The Council owns and manages Torrington Pannier Market and Market Arcade in Holsworthy.

Any vacancies will be advertised here as they become available.

While the Council does own Bideford Pannier Market, it is managed by Bideford Town Council.

Cooper Street

Holsworthy Industrial Estate

Business units on Holsworthy Industrial Estate.

Beach Huts

The Council owns 64 Beach Hut sites in Westward Ho!. The huts on our sites are privately owned.

Garages

The council owns 12 garages at Pynes Lane, Bideford; 7 at Torridge Road, Appledore; and 6 at Tuckers Park, Bradworthy.

We do not own any other garages for public use.
