FREE Support through North Devon+ to get your Business off to a flying start in 2023!
Following the festivities over Christmas and the New Year, January is a great time for businesses to take stock and plan for growth in the coming year. Small and Medium sized businesses in northern Devon are in the fortunate position of being able to access a comprehensive, but completely FREE programme of business support, to help them plot their pathway to success. The THRIVE programme is being delivered by North Devon+ but business owners need to hurry as the scheme closes at the end of March 2023, so early booking is recommended.
The workshops are run by skilled and knowledgeable trainers, many of whom run and manage their own small businesses and are entrepreneurs themselves, so know from experience what works best, and the pitfalls to avoid.
Businesses can access up to 4 FREE sessions comprising of a combination of 1-1s and workshops. The one-to-one sessions can be tailored to individual business needs and depending on a business's stage of development could include:
- Start-up advice - where to start and what to do
- Personalised discussions about your business and strategy
- Impartial advice and guidance on solving issues
- Sounding board to discuss ideas and explore business development
- Consultation on your business finances and planning for the future
- Help with your business plan
- Advice on how to deal with increased costs / ensuring your prices are right
- Advice on raising funds and borrowing
Scheduled workshops are delivered interactively online, eliminating the need for travel, and have been organised around the following themes:
