Publication of Statement of Principles
Torridge District Council has published its revised Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005.
Notice is hearby given that on 18 December 2024, Torridge District Council will publish its Statement of Principles issued under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.
The Statement of Principles will have effect from 31 January 2025.

The Statement can also be viewed at the Council Offices, Riverbank House, Bideford, Devon, EX39 2QG and can be inspected free of charge between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Closure period).
