If you wish to provide positive feedback or make a complaint regarding the way in which the Council is handling or processing your personal information, please detail your feedback or concerns in writing to the Data Protection Officer

If you wish to provide positive feedback or make a complaint regarding the way in which the Council is handling or processing your personal information, please detail your feedback or concerns in writing to the Data Protection Officer.

For complaints, we will then conduct enquiries and communicate the results back to you in accordance with our official complaints procedure.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the way that the Council the council has handled your complaint, you then have the right to refer the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office who will act as an independent arbiter.
