Economic Viability Assessment

Author: Adams Integra

Date: September 2013

Torridge District Council and North Devon Council jointly commissioned Adams Integra to prepare a viability report to support the joint implementation of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). There are two elements of this study to take account of the significant differences between residential and non-residential types of development in terms of how the respective markets work, the policies that affect the development types and the methods for assessing viability. Consequently the study has been presented in two distinct parts.
