Introduction
The Urban Housing Capacity Study defines the potential for new housing in built-up areas and predicts how much of that potential is likely to come forward as windfalls within the plan period. The study was published in 2001 with a review undertaken in 2003. The review incorporated the views of the development industry and the results are appended to the main study.
The results of this study have been superseded by the and work on the and are included for archive purposes only.
