Sex Establishment Policy Consultation

Torridge District Council is seeking views on a draft revised Sex Establishment Licensing Policy.

This Policy sets out the principles the Council will apply when carrying out its functions under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and is reviewed and republished every five years.

The proposed changes are highlighted in yellow. There are only minor changes to update the Policy.

We are inviting comments on the draft revised Policy from all interested parties including residents, businesses, their representatives and responsible authorities.
