Gambling Policy Consultation
Torridge District Council is seeking views on a draft revised Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005.

The proposed changes are highlighted in yellow. There are only minor changes to the statement to provide additional guidance to licence applicants and further clarity on existing requirements.

We are inviting comments on the draft revised Statement of Principles from all interested parties including residents, businesses and responsible authorities.

The consultation will remain open until Friday 16th August 2024 and all comments received will be considered by the Council before publication of the final document.
