  • Requisition for search and official certificate of searches of the local land charges register and Con 29 enquiries to the Local Authority.

  • Service Providers, such as the National Land Information Service or third party search providers.

Information Sharing

To ensure that the council provides you with an efficient and effective service we will sometimes need to share your information between teams within the council.

We may also share information with third parties that support the delivery of the services you receive or where we are legally obliged to do so. Information we hold may be shared with the following types of organisation:

  • Local Government, such as the County Council.

We will only ever share your information if we are satisfied that our partners or suppliers have sufficient measures in place to protect your information in the same way that we do.
