Do you have the passion to help Bideford grow? The Bideford Regeneration Board is looking for new volunteers.

The Bideford Regeneration Board is looking for independent board members on a one-year appointment to help unlock growth, enhance the vibrancy of the town, and facilitate future funding opportunities.

Working alongside key bodies such as Bideford Town Council and Torridge District Council, the board aims to pull together key organisations and representatives from across the community to strengthen and deliver a shared vision for the town's future.

In 2022, Bideford was selected as one of eight coastal and market towns in Devon to receive support from Devon County Council's Urban Renewal Programme.  After a term of two years, the Bideford Regeneration Board is now looking to appoint a new:

• Chair
• Town Centre business representative(s)
• Community member(s). (You must be a resident with a Bideford address.)

The Board is keen to receive a wide range of applications so as many voices across the community can be heard and can make a contribution to the process and vision. The appointment will involve quarterly meetings, with some additional input required between meetings.
