New Fund Launch for Businesses & Community Organisations - Grants of £2,500 - £25,000 available
The "Devon Elevation Fund" will be launched in the next few weeks but business and community organisations can register now and be the first to know when it goes live!
The fund will provide grants of between £2,500 and £25,000 for projects that help businesses and community organisations as they look to re-establish themselves and grow after recent tough trading conditions. The money can be used to support any of the following activities:
- Respond to the different trading environment resulting from COVID-19
- Plan for future growth and development
- Develop new products and services
- Improve infrastructure
- Assess the feasibility of future initiatives
The money is being provided to help buy in advice and expertise to achieve these objectives, and there may be an opportunity to include small items of equipment in support of this. However the funding cannot be used to pay for your own staff time or for your running costs.
For grants above £5,000 firms will also need to make a contribution to the costs of the project.
Details of the new fund will be available very shortly but to benefit from this opportunity, you will have to be quick, as the conditions for the grants dictate that the money must be spent by June 2022.
To ensure that you are notified as soon as more information is available, please click here Devon Elevation Fund Register Link to provide your email address and our Economic Regeneration Partners North Devon+ will send you further details of how to apply when the scheme is launched.
The Devon Elevation Fund is led by Devon County Council, in partnership with The DR Company and Business Information Point. It is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund, which is managed within Devon by Devon County Council.
