Welcombe Neighbourhood Plan: Designation of a Neighbourhood Area

Welcombe Parish Council have expressed an interest in preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan, in relation to which a Neighbourhood Area Designation Application was received in February 2017.

In accordance with Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and pursuant to a decision made by Torridge District Council at its Annual General Meeting on 15^th May 2017, the Welcombe Neighbourhood Area was formally designated.

The area to which the designation relates is the whole of the Civil Parish of Welcombe. The letter of application from Welcombe Parish Council, together with the formal Notice of Designation (including a map of the designated area) are available to download.
