We are inviting comments on the draft revised Statement of Policy from all interested parties including residents, business, trade groups and responsible authorities.

Comments can be sent by email to licensing@torridge.gov.uk

or by post to: Licensing Team, Torridge District Council, Riverbank House, Bideford, Devon, EX39 2QG.

The consultation is open until 6th October 2023.

All comments recieved will be considered by the Council before publication of the final document.
